At Karving Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds are necessary, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Returns
- Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer support team at info@karvingstudio.com or (855) 699-3267 to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item(s).
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Exceptions: The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “final sale” “clearance” or “non-returnable”
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.
- Refund Method: We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.
- Exceptions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
